As I'm typing this I am sitting at Plymouth Rock RV Park outside of Elkhart Lake Wisconsin. Lynn just got home from work. Yes she is still working, otherwise we would already be on the road somewhere. We leave here Oct. 7th and we can't wait. In the meantime we are saying last goodbyes to friends, making new friends here, and planning our first few weeks on the road.
We did have 6 to 7 months planned out, but we soon discovered that things happen and plans change. For instance we didn't plan on coming back to Sheboygan next summer. We figured we would be on the east coast around New England. Well, not to be. A very dear friend is getting married and we wouldn't miss it for the world. So mid-July we will be back. It will be good to see old friends again.
So now we only make tentative plans, knowing that things can change. And that's alright. Because we don't have to be anywhere. (Yes I just giggled) How crazy is that. I hope this feeling lasts. Well we need to go visit the Wagner's so. See you down the Road.
